Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Ashtanga Yoga

A yoga class with eight components: morality; ethics; posture; breath control; sense control; concentration; meditation and absorption. An intense yoga workout. Also known as Raja Yoga.
Yoga

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a technology that combines asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), sound, mantra (chanting) and meditation to enable a more harmonious existence.

European Hot Yoga

A series of 26 specific postures and two breathing exercises. Our exercise room is heated (40.6 °C) with a humidity that reaches 40%. This is to replicate the climate in India to give you an authentic yoga experience.
Yoga

Yoga Nidra

Practiced in the supine position, an easy, comfy and very efficient guided meditation allowing a gentle control of the mind and generating a deep physical and emotional relaxation. It has very powerful effects on stress, sleeping troubles and immune system.

Yogakshemam

This yoga class consists of a set of physical and mental exercises which develop your body’s flexibility and increase strength and stamina. Her practice helps to reduce mental dispersal and control emotions.
Group exercise

Hatha Yoga

Yogic exercises (popular in the West) that combine difficult postures (which force the mind to withdraw from the outside world) with controlled breathing.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced Yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
