Yoga

Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha Yoga is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. Correct breath control is focused on, to create a seamless flow of postures.

Ashtanga Yoga

A Yoga class with eight components: morality; ethics; posture; breath control; sense control; concentration; meditation and absorption. An intense Yoga workout.

Recovering Yoga

Recovering Yoga, like Yin Yoga, is a calm form of yoga (especially sitting and lying postures). During the longer holding of a bag and the focus on breathing, the muscles can relax completely.
Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is characterized by the longer holding of (especially sitting and lying) attitudes. When a yin posture is held for at least 3-5 minutes, this has a beneficial effect on the connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, fascia). Yin Yoga is therefore a good addition to vinyasa and hatha Yoga.

A Yoga class for kids that is playful and dynamic through a combination of imagination and movement. Flexibility and breathing work.
Yoga Class

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert Yoga Instructors

Our classes are led by experienced Yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability so beginners can mix with even the most experienced Yogis.
