Using the Synrgy 360 frame , this is a small group circuit based session with a dedicated Trainer. LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training) workout, comprising of slowed down mindful exercises. Switch jumping jacks for form-focused squats instead. Like a HIIT class, members still work in intervals of exertion followed by intervals of rest but all high-impact moves and competitive stress are eliminated to enable members to connect their mind, body and recharge.

New to Stages Flight Cycling? This intro will help you understand the use of the Flight system, and wattage (power) during the Stages or Group Cycling Classes. You will be set up on the Flight system, warm up, using the displays screen and console to guide you through the 'Stages' and how to understand the information displayed. You will need to complete a 5 minute 'FTP' test to measure your 'max watts', and then your instructor will show you how to map your wattage to the 7 zones of training, using a power card or Mobile App if you prefer. Attending the intro will enable you to easily attend Flight Classes in the future!

Using your functional Threshold Power score, Flight classes are tailored to guide you through the 7 zones of training. Working within these zones to help improve areas such as high intensity intervals, Lactate Threshold and VO2 Max.
