Set in a bigger, purpose-built studio with 16 state-of-the-art Reformer beds, our instructors will guide you through controlled movements that build strength, stability and focus. You’ll discover muscles you didn’t know you had, and leave feeling taller, steadier and energised. With each class, you’ll notice your control, balance and awareness deepen. Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that uses a specialized machine called the reformer to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Unlike traditional mat Pilates, the reformer adds resistance and support through a system of springs, pulleys and a moving carriage, allowing for a greater range of motion and more controlled movements.
Our small group Reformer classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience, as our instructors can personalise the movements according to your ability. If you're completely new to Reformer, book onto one of our taster sessions to discover the fundamentals.
