Exclusive to David Lloyd Clubs, SPIRIT blends yoga, Pilates and meditation to build strength, flexibility and calm. Each class ends with a mindful moment to focus on you. At David Lloyd Uccle, you’ll also find sound meditation and family SPIRIT sessions for ages eight and over.
