Classes for kids
At David Lloyd Brussels Royal La Rasante, there’s plenty to keep younger members aged three to 11 moving, learning and having fun. They can turn up the energy with Gridz, our HIIT-style workout, find their flow with Yoga, get moving with Dance, or build confidence with Martial Arts and a variety of sports.
Arts & Crafts and fun games give them even more ways to get involved. And it’s all included in your membership, so there’s always something new to try.
For children who want to develop their skills further, our expert coaches also offer Tennis and swimming lessons for different abilities.
Space to play
At David Lloyd Brussels Royal La Rasante, there’s space for the whole family to relax, play and enjoy time together. Our dedicated family area gives parents a comfortable place to unwind while the kids play or catch up with friends. When the sun’s out, head to the terrace for a family meal, while younger members burn off some energy on the outdoor play frame.
Classes and gym for teens
Teens aged 14+ can build confidence, stay active and enjoy more independence at the Club. After an induction with a Wellbeing Advisor, they can access the gym under supervision, helping them learn how to use the equipment safely, build strength and develop healthy fitness habits. They can also join selected 14+ group exercise classes, giving them even more ways to move, challenge themselves and find the activities they enjoy.
Crèche
Finding time for yourself can be a challenge, especially with little ones in tow. That’s where we come in.
At David Lloyd Brussels Royal La Rasante, our safe and welcoming crèche is here to support you. We care for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years, giving you the freedom to enjoy some well-earned me-time — whether that’s a workout, a swim, or a moment to unwind.
Each session features age-appropriate toys and engaging activities, all set in a secure, nurturing space. Our experienced team includes fully qualified childcare professionals, so you can relax knowing your child is in safe, caring hands.
Kids camps
Keep them active and entertained during the school holidays with our Children’s Camps, open to members and non-members. With age-specific activities including sports, swimming, Arts & Crafts and games, every day brings something different to enjoy.
Led by our friendly team, each camp gives children the chance to try new activities, build confidence and develop new skills. They’ll stay active, make new friends and have plenty of fun along the way. And with activities tailored to different age groups, everyone can get stuck in at their own pace.
