Complimentary Aufguss sauna rituals and steam room scrubs are available without reservation. Please check the daily schedule at the entrance to the Wellness area.

Children aged 3 months to 12 years can be cared for by our qualified Kids Club team. The Kids Club is located on the ground floor, next to the hotel entrance.

Metro Line 1 is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The nearest station is Tomberg.

The city centre can be reached in approximately 20 minutes, while the European Quarter is around 15 minutes away.

Smoking and the consumption of cannabis are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel and club.

Pets are not permitted anywhere within the hotel or club.
